Another great visit to Neo as we are nearing our braces journey. We had a different dental nurse today, Shannon, who was lovely and the orthodontist was amazing with my daughter as always. A fantastic practice will lovely staff. They have been seeing my daughter for a year now and I couldn't recommend them enough.

My appointments were really helpful and I was able to get booked in and be seen really quickly. Heidi and Stella were both really friendly and made me feel comfortable.

I have recently completed my Invisalign treatment at Neo, the process from beginning to end has been great. Fantastic support and professionalism from Hamza and Carla! I would definitely recommend their service!

5 star treatment from both girls, made my 12 year old daughter feel comfortable and relaxed whilst have a brace fitted for the first time.

I’ve had an amazing experience with Neo Orthodontics since the start of my treatment. Incredible, friendly staff, that genuinely want the best results for me. Moreya and Lizzie in particularly have worked closely with me and have always been there to explain any queries I have, aswell as providing a great service to any issues I have had with my treatment. Great customer service from Brookemy daughter couldn’t make her appointment at the last minute, spoke to Brooke and explained, she was really understanding, my daughter has adhd and if you know anyone with adhd you will know of the struggles they go through on a day to day basis, anyway brooke totally got it, arranged a new appointment and also put us on the cancellation list so that if anyone cancelled we would get a call with an earlier appointment, we really appreciated how understanding she was as not everyone is in these situations, Brooke is an asset to you and I would like you to thank her again from both my daughter and I for putting us at ease.

Dr Preet and Stella supported my son Luke through the process and made him feel comfortable at all stages. Time was spent with Luke and I to explain things going forward and guidance for further information.

On behalf of the child the service to day was amazing by Moreya & stella and would also like to mention the recipient who is very helpful 😀

First appointment to be measured and scanned for a brace. Stella was very professional and spoke to my son in a very clear, reassuring manner, making him feel at ease.

Moreya and Lizzie done my treatment and through out the whole course of my treatment they have been very informative, reassuring and helpful. Love my results and never felt confident in my smile till now.Can’t recommend them enough.

Felicity and Demi were excellent at my daughter’s appointment this morning!She had both upper and lower braces fitted. They explained what would happen and carried this out promptly.

The girls that have been tightening my braces throughout would get 5 start however the ones that removed my braces were ok but I would of liked to see my braces when they came off.

Fantastic service at Neo Ashington with Orthodontist Mary and clinical nurse Demi. Both Mary and Demi took the time to explain to my daughter what they were going to do for her treatment. Demi showed her a model and Mary gave some great advice regarding her teeth position. All of my questions were thoroughly answered

Always helpful over the phone and in person. Carla & Holly were great today when I had my fixed brace fitted they were kind, helpful and efficient would definitely recommend.

Great service, friendly staff who made my son feel at ease getting his braces. Talked to him all they way through explaining what they were doing and what he needs to do to care for them. Receptionists are lovely, very helpful. Very satisfied.

Carla and Tia were great with my daughter tonight when she had her 1st brace fitted. They were full of chat and reassuring at all times. I’m so pleased they were treating Ella as she was very nervous and they totally put her to ease.

We have been seeing Mary for the last few months and she has been great with my daughter Poppy. We both love her! Demi is always helpful and explains everything and always checks Poppy is ok while Mary is busy. All the staff at Neo Ashington are very friendly helpful and always smiling.

Really comfortable and great service with exceptional organisation and amazing orthodontists. Especially those of Jazz and Shannon who did an exceptional job in taking off the braces and ensuring I was comfortable the whole time and were very polite. Recently had a clear fixed brace which I was worried about having at my age for pictures ect but it’s really not noticeable! Process was quick and friendly. All staff are lovely and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend if your thinking about starting your teeth straightening journey :)

Had my first appointment today, everyone was really friendly. Dr abdulla explained everything well and I felt at ease, the nurse in the room was so lovely as well. Very nice practice, Leah was nice and chatty on desk too !

Wow what can I say except my daughter loves her smile again 😁What an amazing journey she's had with the fabulous team made up of Kay, Felicity and Leah. These ladies have been awesome since day 1. My daughter was put at ease from the very start and knew exactly what was happening at each appointment. We can't believe the difference and she said the pain was definitely worth it.I can't believe how much confidence my daughter has back now all because of her amazing teeth 😁
